About Us

Our hope is to be a loving community that cares and shares. Our worship is designed to engage and include everyone and to honour God. Our meetings are relaxed and informal, but we take our faith seriously. Our talks endeavour to make the truth of God's word relevant to life today.

We believe that everyone is important and precious to God. We believe that each person within the church has gifts to offer and that these gifts be encouraged and used to build up the church.

We see church as the people, not the steeple. We see fellowship groups in homes as places to nurture our faith, develop our gifts and deepen our love for one another and God.

We place a high priority on our children and youth work. There is something every week for youngsters plus outings and social events. The Kids and Youth Team work hard to ensure they develop in a happy, safe and secure environment.

We are a Fairtrade church, a member of the national Evangelical Alliance and have close links with local churches in Taunton and beyond through the Taunton Deane Evanegelical Alliance. We support Tearfund, Open Doors, Barnabus, Olive Grove Projects, The Leprosy Mission, Project Ruth and World Vision as well as local charities.
